About me

Danielle Schulmeister is a recent grad from the Alberta University of the Arts, holding a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design with concentrations in Illustration & Character Design. She has a love for detail, enjoys staging environments, and often explores various media.During her stay at AUArts, her work was exhibited on campus through several avenues like student-run galleries and the annual AUArts Show+Sale; as well as participating in several off-campus exhibitions such as at the YYC International Airport in 2023 and the Brookfield Properties spaces in January 2025. Her work has also appeared in the 2024 published edition of the Applied Arts Awards Annual for Conceptual Illustration in the Student category.When not illustrating, you can usually find her somewhere in the ocean (or on a plane to get there).
